Hey, thanks for visiting my little spot on the web. “The Official Website of Christian Jacob.” I kept busy during the pandemic with my series “The Christian Jacob (not quite a) Show.” It was really wonderful that so many of you visited and collaborated each week. GRAMMY NOMINATION!
Exciting news! Christian, with Ron Carter and The JazzAar Festival Big Band, has been nominated for a Grammy in the category of Best Large Jazz Ensemble. The recording, titled Remembering Bob Freedman is a tribute to the arranger. The Grammy’s will be broadcast live February 5th.
